Job profiles and qualification that are associated with them, lead to a categorisation that excludes many people with support needs from education due to formal requirements.
The idea of inclusion and thus integration poses a particular challenge in vocational training, as inclusive training is only possible if there is no fundamental categorisation into groups. The Inclutrain approach addresses this challenge.
The starting point of the Inclutrain approach is not a job profile, but the person with all his/her abilities and limitations. The Inclutrain approach is a journey of discovery, where individual job profiles are developed by taking into account the abilities of an individual. It is an truly inclusive approach, as it is person-centred and individual.
