People with and without support needs participate equally in the international and inclusive Inclutrain training activities. The aim of the training activities is an intensive examination of the methods of person-centred (vocational) education. Each training activity is dedicated to a different thematic focus. The trainings are designed in such a way that both, long-time Inclutrain participants and newcomers, can take part. The trainings include theoretical units, practical exercises and reflection seminars and serve to provide professional and specialised training. The international exchange provides new impetus for one’s own work.
Participation is open not only to people from the partner organisations, but also to external participants who want to learn more about person-centred training in the sense of the „How-method“. Are you interested in taking part in an Inclutrain training programme? Then contact s.fritzer@lebensraum-birkenhof.at to find out more about how to apply for a subsidised place.
