1. Dive in!

When you pause for a moment and take your time to truly observe, you can experience those around you in a whole new way. It allows you to consciously notice the unique ways in which people act.

2. Impulse to act

The way someone does something reveals their personal impulse to act. This impulse to act can be expressed through verbs and illustrated by an image of a profession.

3. Artistic representation

Expressing the impulse to act through drawing or making music offers an opportunity to connect with others artistically. It is a nonverbal form of communication.

4. Living the learning space

Exploring the impulse to act inspires us to create new ways of fostering shared learning. By embracing a person’s impulse to act, we nurture their strengths and support their positive growth.

5. Teaching how to live in a learning space

Designing a learning environment that builds people’s skills and makes work motivating must be learned. How do Inclutrain trainers support these processes?

6. Inclusive vocational training

Exploring inclusive vocational training does not mean making a list of all your professional positions. Rather, it is about illustrating your professional development through concrete examples. This also reveals your impulse to act.

7. Inclusive dialogue

Several key aspects are central to inclusive communication. How do you guide someone? How can you get others on board with your vision? How do you empower others to engage in meaningful conversations?

8. Working together

Working together presents challenges that can lead to a lack of understanding among colleagues. Such situations can be addressed using the Inclutrain methods to identify positive aspects and shift one’s perspective.

9. Corporate culture

Four organizations provide insight into how the Inclutrain methods are integrated into their organizational development and what changes this brings about.

10. Project

Inclutrain is a combination of the terms “inclusion” and “training.” It means inclusive training. Inclutrain is the title of three inclusive Erasmus+ projects involving partner organizations from various European countries.
